Have you taken any B-12? Low levels have been linked to depression. I have a family member that was suffering deep depression until the doctor suggested B-12, huge difference. There are two forms,cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. Use methylcobalamin, it's natural vs. synthetic cyanocobalimin and better absorbed by the body. Just a quick suggestion.

I cannot discount it but it doesn’t feel like it. Keeping the hurt from my family doesn’t weigh heavily on me. Trying to rebuild myself is another story. That is proving be a challenge at times
