It seems wrong that your 8 year old son has to have less time with you due to the older kids preference. His needs are different due to his age and gender. He needs his dad more even if his sisters don't think they do.

I hope the alimony and other issues work in your favor. You and your kids have been treated very unfairly by the custody evaluator.

Retired & now in 60's-M 39 Yrs-DD 2013-TT for 3 yrs (new details incl there had been 3 more MOWs)--all this started with porn use for mid 50s WH (felt he was possessed)~~Cheating and aftermath is huge time waste with high opportunity cost~~
