Well, I don't know if you did something but I'm getting email notifications again, but not text ones.

I made a configuration change that may have fixed the text messages. Testing now.

I received the text. Please test on your end.

The new cookie mandate is now preventing me from logging into the .net site. Clicking on “read and accept” (seeming) link does nothing.

This is using Safari on iOS version 14.6. Please fix!

Please try this again and look for the debugging text in red above that prompt. The cookie accept/reject panel is supposed to slide up the screen when you click "read and accept." Please let me know what the red text says once you click "read and accept." That will give me a better idea of what is happening in your browser.

That indicates that the panel is sliding properly. I'm not sure why you cannot see it.

Other than that, how is 14.6 working for you? I haven't gone there yet because people were complaining about battery life. Have you had any problems with that?

Regarding email and text, I did receive an email today notifying me of a PM but I did not get a corresponding text. I doublechecked my settings and they look okay.

Another thing, in my inbox, I don't see IN or OUT anymore, just the red hearts. Maybe it's the skin I'm using, though - I haven't tried any others yet. I'm using the Hello Kitty one.

I will set up a test in the sandbox for text messages and see what is going on there. The PM box should now have inbound/outbound icons that look like this: Do you not see those? I just checked them with the Hello Kitty skin and I see them, but will change them back to text on next publish anyway. I want simplicity and intuitiveness.

I see them - maybe I was being stupid and missed them before.

Since I can’t even log in, I cannot test. Don’t suppose you could borrow an iPad quick to see for yourself?

I have an iPad, but I am not experiencing the problem you described with login. I am running iOS Version 14.4.2. I'm reluctant to install the upgrade to 14.6 due to the reports of the battery life suck.

That’s too bad. I have zero problems with battery life in 14.6 and I have at least 3 devices on it.

As another data point, Chrome works just fine to slide up the cookie acceptance sheet on my iPads. Problem is clearly limited to Safari in 14.6

Could it be the new anti-tracking technology in iOS 14.6? Also, could you try it in a Private Safari tab? That’s where I’m testing….
