found out her affair 8 years later after POS/OM started a dirt nap

He didn't seem to be leaning in any direction - R or D then - nothing?

There was another poster that had the almost exact story. On his post his wife committed suicide. The affair lasted years not months. I can’t remember his name but I know that she did die. There is so much similarity between those two stories it makes me wonder.

The other poster was AmbivalentOne. It was a very sad one.

I remember AmbivalentOne, his post read out like a movie. When I got to the end I sat dumbfounded and stunned for what was a half hour or so, it seemed like a lifetime though.....

I stopped believing his story pretty early on.

I think I will give both of them the benefit of the doubt. They certainly won’t care whether I believe them but if this really happened I’d hate for them to think that no one believes them. I used to watch the ID channel and it was always about murder. The crazy part was just how long affairs could last without the betrayed spouse having a clue. One was a minister and he and his lover decided it was time to kill her husband. I think that affair lasted 8 years and then the minister shot the husband. Both the wife and he are doing time. That’s just one story. It’s amazing how many really scary people live next to us and we don’t know it. It doesn’t surprise me that two people who have nothing to do and live in the same neighborhood find themselves getting into trouble. Truth really is stranger than fiction.
