He wants me to remove this from our parenting plan....UH, I think not.

I would have never thought he'd try to take our child from me, but now I don't know.

This is not being removed.

Just needed to get it posted, out there and off my plate.

:)

DDAY 3 - July 2019 - He's seeing his sister's boyfriends sister....LOL

Why does he want it removed? Also, make sure you tell your attorney this and have your ws flagged so that he CANNOT take the kids anywhere!

Sounds like he may be formulating a plan! Also, think about sewing a tracker into a jacket or something of theirs when they're with him!

Just HOW stupid do you think I am, exactly?

Make sure your attorney puts some strong language in there about parental permission being granted for trips, who will be the custodian of the child's passport (if applicable), etc.

Does he have access to their passports?

Do they have passports?

At least now both parents are required to sign the documents and be present at the time of issuance.

I’m sorry for you. I hope nothing comes of this.

I don't recall the name of the site, but there is a way to sign up to get notices if someone applies for a passport in your child's name. That is, up to age 16, I think. If your child(red) does/do not have a passport, this would help to prevent him from getting one without your knowledge. (It shouldn't happen, but fraud does occur, so.....)

His lawyer sent mine his revisions..

Yeah no passports at this time. I countered his parental agreement changes and a big fat NO was next to removing this one.

I find it strange that he'd want that removed.

The parenting agreement does state I would hold passport for child.

There is absolutely no reason for that to be removed. None. Sounds very weird that he would want that removed. Stand your ground. It's good that when the child gets a passport, it will be in your possession. Maybe a power trip thing for him?
