Has anyone used it? I'm so unmotivated and have 15 pounds to lose. I need a jump start.

I tried it, didn't like it. It was full of "useful" information that I already knew and I found the coach messages intrusive.

I successfully used Weight Watchers for a small weight loss and really found it successful. There are tons of zero point food, the app makes tracking easy and, while it took a few weeks to see results, it's a ling term sustainable method.

Noom was in the news just recently (maybe the past 2 months??) about consumers and cancelling subscriptions. I can't remember exactly what it was but definitely google it and read up.

I used Weight Watchers. They have revamped and it does work. You choose a color (there are 3) and then go from there. I enjoyed it and lost about 15 or so pounds.

Haven't used Noom, but everything they show in their ads I know. So I don't know how it could be useful, unless they have a way to deliver an electric shock to me when I'm eating bad stuff, or not moving enough.
