Looks pretty tasty, but you know what that salad needs . . . More Bacon.

Silly boy.

The bacon goes on TOP of the greens.

Take care of yourself. There's a great future out there. It won't come to you; you have to go to it.

Now this is a salad

Easy now...bacon has feelings too. As in, I feel like having more bacon. With some eggs, over easy. And toast. With a bottle of champagne.

Salads. Mmmmmmmmmm

Of course that's minus the bacon!

Yes I'll admit it, I am not a fan of bacon. At least not piggy bacon. (ducks to avoid the bacon lovers throwing lettuce at me)

Turkey bacon I can do. But not piggy (not because I won't eat pork, I do, there's just something I find nasty about meat with strips of fat on it). I can and will eat pig bacon but only if it's cooked so that it's crunchy.

Now that I do all the cooking I make sure to have salads. Not every day but a lot more than we ever used to. I also have found the perfect dressing, a raspberry vinaigrette (omg my mouth is watering).

Great salad!

I hope it's made with 100% Canadian maple bacon!

I like peameal, too, but I prefer strips -- burned to a crisp!!

I have bacon strips & a scrambled egg with melted cheddar cheese on top every morning -- my version of Salad!

...Oh, and I eat regular salad every night, minus the tomatoes (insert shudder)...
