Based on the skid marks it looks like it nearly flipped over as one of the tires marks disappears which means that wheel came off the ground.
Then it would have been wiener down.

Ha! My gf sent me that this morning. Last summer we saw the Weinermobile in a parking lot and we spend like 30 minutes taking funny pictures 
with it.
