I'm not listening to anything at the present moment, but last night I was hanging out in my basement wrapping presents. My old stereo and all of my old LP's and cassettes are down there, so I threw on my "Somewhere in Time" cassette by Iron Maiden. Sounds just like it did 20+ years ago!

I have a few more to wrap tonight, and I'm thinking about putting on one of my Beatles LP's. I'm thinking either Abbey Road or the White Album.

Macy Gray

Coldplay

Five for Fighting

BNL

Norah Jones

and whatever else pops into the playlist.

I'm listening to my upstairs neighbor vacuuming and my other neighbors dog barking. I think it's time to put in some music.

smy - Magical Mystery Tour was one of my favorites growing up! I have the LP with the fold out color booklet. Good stuff!

I'll just have to see what I am in the mood for tonight. 5000 is impressive! I only have a couple of hundred, myself.

Last year's pics but we made the same cookies last weekend. So, for you, MOO, just a few of the varieties we baked.

And I'm not listening to anything at the moment because I'm in my office, but we listened to our favourite Christmas albums all weekend while we made these treats.

Looks like this evening I will be listening to my son play a continuous stream of Metallica riffs on his guitar.

Pretty cool to see what the soundtracks of people's lives are.

I have my itunes on shuffle. The last songs I've heard were:

When I'm Up (I can't get down) -Great Big Sea -> they are amazing live!!

You can leave your hat on -Joe Cocker

Mess Around -Ray Charles

Fake it -Seether

Come see about me -Tedeschi Trucks Band -> I've seen Susan Tedeschi live (twice!). She now has a band with her husband. I love their music just as much as I loved hers.

I am also listening to my cat run around (the way cats like to do when people are sleeping), and YDS just started crying, so away I go.
