Just had dinner out, get a doggy bag to take home because you just can't eat another bite. Get home and break into it because all of a sudden you're starving again?

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

Oh yeah. Only when I actually do have leftovers, though.

It is rare that I do, too. Tonight we had appetizers and salad and wine, so I was extra full. Usually I can keep up with the big boys with my appetite.

Lately, the only thing I can't finish at the restaurant is the Nuclear Mac N Cheese at the brewery. I get 3 days of indigestion out of one serving

Nope...

I can only eat so much of something and then I'm done. I am very bad with leftovers... either right after a meal or three days later.

I hate leftovers!

Sort of? As soon as I walk through the door with a doggie bag, DS is all up in my grill, interrogating me on the contents. It often doesn't survive the questioning.

I, uh, usually don't have food left to take with me.

But on the occasion that I do take it with me, I do the exact same thing.

Yes. Every time. I tell them to bring a takeout box with my order. Half of my order winds up in the box when I get "full." "Full" might last a whole hour or two after I get home. Maybe.

Not only do I not take food home with me but I bring a snack to eat on the drive to the restaurant to hold me over until the appitizer comes. And I bring a snack for the ride home or eat again as soon as I get home.

I eat a lot.

I'm a very petite woman (like the size of an 11 yr old) so it's a given that I'll bring leftovers home as I'm usually starting to feel full by the time I get thru my salad and appetizer, lol. But I often get home and can eat again so my leftovers typically don't go to waste...

But just like nowiknow23, if my teenage son is around when we get home, I'm interrogated as to the contents of my doggie bag... I'm a tough cookie but occasionally my leftovers become a casualty of my teenager's large appetite

I'm very pregnant... But I could eat often even while not pregnant... Smaller, more frequent meals. Or just plain pigging out sometimes

Thanks for the reminder that I have leftovers in the fridge!!

I've eaten leftovers when I got home. Usually though, I feel like I shouldn't eat them right away. So I eat something else!

rachelc, we forget ours a lot of the time too! But this time the waiter reminded us as we were walking away.

I just realized that maybe I do that because if I don't, one of the kids usually eats it and by the time I go back to it it's gone and that makes me very sad!
