The long summer of my discontent is over. The grass is green, the birds are singing, there is one wispy cloud floating by, there is an excitement in the air, there is hope for the future, children are excited, grown men can hardly sleep and all is right with the world.

Jrazz: When I was a child, I spake as a child and acted as a child. But, when I became an adult I put away childish things and stopped wearing red.

Why did they copy Michigan's colors?
Michigan did not establish Maize and Blue as its official colors until after 1900. Cal's(Go Bears) athletic teams have donned Blue and Gold since 1882.

California civil code Sec. 147, subsection 81, paragraph 5, line 16 clearly states that, "...legal disownment is necessary and encouraged."

I committed a serious social faux pas and need to make amends.
A huge congratulations to the Iowa State Cyclones and their MVP Empress NIK. No matter what happens the rest of the way, the season is a success because the Cy-Hawk Trophy is back in Ames.
