When they have to cancel baseball games in May d/t SNOW that is just not right.
It's about 46 here today, and rainy rainy rainy. My poor DD has her reward of being a good student day at 6 flags today. Poor kid.

We got 9.3" total. It was still snowing when I went to bed last night. The snow stopped falling during the night some time, and when I got up this morning there was freezing rain coming down. It's over now (yippie!).
It's 32 degrees now. We are supposed to be getting spring temps by Monday. Now there's a worry about flooding.
Nik, those pics are amazing!
kernel, is that pic from near where you live?
Sorry, I don't know how to post pics, (I need to have my DGC show me how) or I would post some from here.

tushnurse, awww, your poor DD. You'd think they'd postpone the Six Flags trip when it's 46 and rainy.

willow,
No they didn't cancel she called me at 2pm begging me to come and get her. She was soaked and freezing. Of course she "forgot" her rain jacket, the one we argued about her taking this morning. So being the mean mom I said nope sorry.

I hear ya! We got over a FOOT of heavy wet snow yesterday here in MN and 31 degrees, and it's even made national news!
The only saving grace is that it shouldn't last long as it's going to melt within the next few days hopefully!
I love chilli in cold weather!

I know, right? They came from the ISU Foundation's FB page, so I can only take credit for stealing and reposting.

GrievingMommy, it sounds like you live near my sister. She didn't make it to work because she couldn't even get out of her driveway.
tushnurse, I bet she took a long warm bath when she got home.
