I love greek yogurt! I'm careful about what kind I eat, because some of them have a ton of sugar.

I agree with the posters who suggested incorporating it in a smoothie. You can't taste it at all and you can throw in a bunch of stuff that you do like.

My go-to breakfast for a long time as greek yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon (a lot because I love it) topped with bran cereal and drizzled with honey.

So last night I tried a little Greek yogurt test on my DD8. Basically I had some on a spoon and said, "here sweety, try this." She took a huge bite and literally spit it out onto the floor and yelled "WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT!!" It was quite amusing when she ran to the sick and shoved her entire head under the water trying to "wash the yuck out".

On the other hand, Boswell, my toy chi absolutely loved the yogurt that he licked up off the floor. He actually came back for more. I guess that's something.

I will try some of the 'add-ins' that you guys have suggested. Hopefully they help because this isn't going to last long if I feel like I have to sand paper my tongue after eating Greek Yogurt.

Beware of Fiber One. That stuff gives me gas like you wouldn't believe.

I eat my Greek yogurt frozen. Doctor it up with whatever, freeze it, and pretend I'm eating ice cream.

Ditto on the Fiber One warning. If you Google it, you will find lots of people have bad side effects from it.

I can eat the cereal, but those fiber bars look out. I feel like a balloon that someone forgot to tie off. LOL

Tush - that made my snort. Lol. I'm that way with vegetables. Just about any vegetable. I've even tried taking Beano beforehand and all it did was make it worse.

I think I'm going to try the smoothie and peanut better methods because eating it straight just ain't working.
