Did you guys see the interviews with Chris and Skye Hughes on Dr. Drew last night and the night before. They are a couple who were close friends of TA and were describing their relationship with him and his interaction with Jodi Arias. Very creepy and very and very sad all at the same time.

Yes, sadtoo, I did see those interviews. I wish Travis had taken their advice. They saw the crazy in Jodi.

I don't care if Jodi had/has PTSD or BPD. I don't feel any of these things are mitigating factors in pre-meditated murder.

What I do know is that Jodi has FUD. That is Fucked Up Disorder.

This new (shouldn't have been allowed) witness may be undoing some Dr. DeMarte's good work. Have to wait for the cross, I guess.

I. DO. TOO.

And I don't care if she shot him first or stabbed him first. For mercy sake, I hope she shot him.

But it's the car rental in a different city, the different hair color, the gas cans, the multitude of LIES that sew this case up for me.

In cases like this it's always shocking to me the evidence that does NOT get in. I understand why it doesn't, but it's still shocking.

When they showed (on Dr. Drew) the police report on the tire slashing, it just made me sick to my stomach.

My XH was/is a stalker/personality disordered person too. I went through the tire slashing, windows shot out of my house and too many other things to mention here. I filed NUMEROUS police reports. But because I did not have an INDEPENDENT witness who could place him at the scene of the crime, the prosecutor's office would not file charges. Then when I installed video cameras, without a clear shot of his face or his license plate, same thing. It was unbelievable. By the time he was prosecuted, (and convicted) he was guilty of doing FAR more than was presented in court.

By the way, Martinez (my hero! ) is going to eat this defense witness for lunch. I can't wait!

I have BPD and I could never murder anyone (unless they hurt my kids, which goes whithout saying).

BPD still know right from wrong.

Is the f*cking you're getting, worth the f*cking you're getting?

I know many with BPD and they are good people, Tawnee1969, and that is exactly why I feel that it isn't a mitigating factor.

Even though the prosecution seems to want this diagnosis for Jodi. But, I think they want that as opposed to PTSD, as they are two totally different diagnosis's.

The PTSD diagnosis would possibly back the defence's claim that she was suffering flashbacks, been pushed beyond her endurance, snapped, etc. etc. etc. Yeah, right. Unfortunately, the jury doesn't know much of her stalker behaviour.

Watched a clip of the talking heads and one made a good point.

Back when Jodi was yammering about the ninja story, she said that one of the ninja's went after Travis with the knife. However, when she finally fessed up to the murder, suddenly every thought or memory of a knife vanished.

Wish Martinez would have hit on that a little more. It would have been yet another nail in the coffin. One can only hope that someone on the jury notices that little detail.

My opinion on all the psychologists is, "who gives a shit?"

If I were on the jury, I would try to convince the rest of the jurors to throw out all of their testimony. It doesn't matter to me if she has BPD, NPD, or battered women syndrome.

I am so insulted by this "battered woman" defense, I can't even put it into words.

IF this was a true self defense case, she may have killed him and there may have been evidence of rage. I get that. I have seen the autopsy photos and this slaughter/butchering went so far beyond killing to "save yourself" it's ridiculous. You can see in the photos that he attempted to defend himself for awhile. But it is obvious that the most severe wounds he suffered had to be inflicted with little or no resistance.

And even IF this was rage from being a battered woman, won't you call the police?? Even maybe not that day, the next day, the next week even. But you don't make up lie after lie after lie.

I hope the jury can sort through the "FOG" and come up with the correct verdict. This bitch needs to fry. Prayers for TA's friends and family.

Often, throughout this case, I thought about the "Burning Bed" trial, Francine Hughes.

She was a battered wife, had loads of evidence to prove she was a battered wife., She tied her husband up in the bed and lit him on fire... BUT she packed her kids up and immediately drove to the police station and turned herself in.

Oh boy listening to the judge now, so nervous!

My poor tummy has been a mess all day Juan is doing a MASTERFUL job thus far and is restoring some of my sanity & faith! He's really hitting points home (with NO notes!) & is letting Travis shine into that courtroom..FINALLY. I'm in awe of him, I truly am.

Wilma on the other hand makes me want to smack HER with a wooden spoon. Her constant eye rolling, evil eye giving, whispering with her BFF Jodi..it's disgusting.

I still have my worries, mostly because of the outcome of the Casey Anthony trial, but there IS a huge difference in the two cases. There is a shit ton of evidence in this case, forensic & otherwise that the CA didn't have. I hope & pray that turns into a guilty of 1st degree murder conviction.
