I saw ittttt! And it. was. awesome.

No, she did not scream. Way to sensationalize Media. She was very pointed and precise.

It was nice to see a person state that could not base an opinion and would not speculate on his words and the meaning behind them because he is dead. Unlike other witnesses who take off and run with a random idea...

I'm surprised that the defense didn't have John Edward (psychic) on the stand to channel Travis Alexander.

"Expert screams at Defense: I can't analyze Travis he's dead!"

It WAS awesome. But no, she did not scream it. She did however, get to say it twice.

I love this psychologist. LOVE, LOVE, love her.

Hmmmmm........I don't know. Let's ask every war-time serviceman who's returned home suffering from it. Of course, some of theirs really DOES come from fear of what might happen to them.

They should have photoshopped out that other hand on TA's shoulder. It would have looked a little better.

I posted this in that *other* cool forum that a lot of people have mentioned here, but it moves so fast and I wanted some other opinions. The thing with the Wal-Mart receipt has always bugged me.

I (as I am sure many others on this site) have returned things to Wal-Mart. The process has always been relatively the same as far as I can recall. They take the original receipt (if it is present) highlight the item or circle the item, cashier initials, then money is given back. They also have some quick form you have to fill out and initial. If paid with card it is usually credited back to card. If receipt is not present then iirc they put it on a Wal-Mart gift card. It just struck me as odd as the Wal-Mart receipt had shown no markings of an item being returned as one would see, and I have wondered for a while if that was the original receipt. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Martinez covered that during cross. (I can't remember which day)

He has proof that Walmart shows no record of a gas can of any kind being returned that day at all.

Regardless of whether a person has a receipt or not, Walmart would scan the item coming back in for inventory purposes. It would be in their records. Their records show no such item was scanned on the day she swears she returned it.

Her story is bogus. Big shock there.

And yes, Walmart has always scribbled or highlighted any receipts where I made a return.

That's the excuse they offer for the "fog" that's prevented Arias from remembering anything about the murder. It surfaced AFTER her other stories failed to hold water.

It's utter bullshit. She doesn't have the features of PTSD.

She has plenty of other psychopathology, however.

I thought they were using the PTSD excuse for why Jodi murdered Travis.

I do think that you could possibly get PTSD after killing someone (as lynn points out) but, as Dr. Janeen DeMarte points out, Jodi doesn't have PTSD. Neither before or after.

No court today? When will it resume? And, did ALV come back last week and we just never saw her? Anyone know what that was about?

The details about that "very important matter" are sealed. There have been hints as to what it was about, but so far nobody know. I would LOVE to know though.

Maybe about her crying to her friend about what was said in the chambers, and then the friend cried to a reporter who in turned had his article picked up everywhere from the Huffington Post to USA Today? God, I hope they admonished her. I rewatched some of her testimony and it still boggles me how insufferable she was.

There were 2 motions filed by the defense team today (though it may be just one motion containing 2 issues, I'm not sure)...the 1st is they want Heat of Passion/Manslaughter by Sudden Quarrel as lesser included charges when the case goes to the jury & they also filed to have a surr-rebuttal case I guess that means even though they have rested their case in chief, they want to put another witness (I believe it's a Dr.Geffner) on the stand.

Un-friggin-believable. This trial is NEVER going to end. I have a feeling the Judge will agree to include the lesser charges, but I really hope she denies the surr-rebuttal case! Gut feeling says she allows both as she has been SO cautious about appeals.

Walmart employee is in some kind of security position. Prosecution asked about a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) number. She spelled it SKEW. Certainly not a deal breaker but she really should know this. I wonder if the Defense will make mention of the mistake?

OMG!! She lied!! She bold faced lied to the jury!! We all knew she lied, but the defense just proved without a shadow of a doubt she TOTALLY lied about the gas cans!!! Lord!! I feel sorry for her defense attorneys.

I wish we could hear how she explains this crap away.

BTW, did anyone else notice the guns on that Tesoro agent? Holy hot mamma.
