Western,

Thank you and good for you also. As for coming back, have to. This place did so much for me so I must give back. Glad to hear you are better place brother.

Great advice, especially about the early on. This is definitely a huge life changing eye opening experience for sure.

Good to hear from you

EEJJ, thank you so much for taking the time to post your resume update.

Whilst our situations are very different, our D days were roughly the same time.

I remember finding SI and following your journey whilst desperately lurking and trying to find my own way through infidelity.

You, my friend, have moved far more confidently than me, whilst being brave enough to share your hurts and misgivings along the way.

Thanks again for sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings.

It has helped so many of us, I am sure.

Gods speed Brother. My hope is that newly betrayed will read this thread and understand where the SI collective are coming from. And that we are not bashing them. We only want to help get them out of infidelity.

I really loved your post. As a newly BS (4 months from dday), I found it uplifting. I hope in time, I can be half as strong as you.

Thank you for your inspiration.

Really appreciate that madooldbat. Now I can say I am glad my situation and postings have helped others here on SI. All I hope to do now is pay back for all the help I got. I will continue to do what I can to help in any way to make this pain as bearable as possible here.

One thing I have been thinking about and figured I would post here also was that sometimes things happen. Accident, medical emergency something happens that affects us. In my case I will say that my ex just straight went crazy and there was nothing I could do. Yeah it sucked and is still sad, especially for my kids, but it happened! I do hope for my kids sake she is able to figure herself out and remember how much my kids meant to her before she did all this , but bottom line is it happened!! Can only move forward from here.

10years right back at you and thanks

Ziggy,

You will. No matter how much hurt and how teary your eyes, keep your head up and keep pushing forward. You are not alone. We are here for you

EEJJ,

Hi neighbor, glad to see you rebump and that you're still around paying it back. This site is what it is because of those who stick around or keep dropping in to help those new to this trauma called infidelity.

Your case stands as one of the worst I had read in many years because your wife did plain ass fall off the world and become a pod people in one fell swoop. No doubt a personality disorder that had gone on too long without treatment or an undiagnosed as yet tumor from her thyroid? cancer.

What I was going to ask you...you did a marvelous job of posting through the various stages with a high amount of member support. I think it would really help if you could link your posts from the 3 or 4 forums you visited during these stages.

Thanks again & keep on keeping on :)

Oldtimer where have you been? Long time.

Thank you. You were one of the very first to reach out and help put me on my way to where I'm at now.

Yes I have all the links on my profile. I had to delete story due to some of the crap that went on but the links are there.

It's a must a pay it forward. Plan and hope to do more as well.

Sancho,

apologize for delay. Im doing good brother. I moved my story to new beginnings. Figured everything from now was gonna be new, with the craziness or not so my story continues there brother.

DS and DD are good. They keep me motivated to continue this battle to turn this all into a positive for them.

Thanks for asking brother.

Thanks for sharing your story. As a newbie, I have gotten great support and advice. Like you, I still had a tall wall of denial about my WS and our situation. It was going to be so different from everyone else's.

Well, the wall is slowly being torn down. Following the suggestions from friends here is tough, but I need the tough love. I need to believe I deserve to be treated better. I haven't believed that in a long time, so the reminders are great.

EEJJ,

I saw this post yesterday, and I proceeded to read your entire 20-page post on the Just Found Out forum. Holy cow! My story is very much like yours. You are giving me a lot of hope. I'm 4-1/2 months into this. My story is in a post called 2-1/2 months into this mess.

My WW definitely has NPD. She had an affair for 18 months with a married man who also has 2 kids, who in addition to his day job is also a speaker for victims of infidelity.

I could use some encouragement when I'm triggering. Thanks for posting your story.

Mike

Thank you for writing this. It is good to see people can come out of this in a more positive place. Since I am new in the process (3 weeks from Dday), I feel in shock and like I am dying every day. This post is inspiring and helps me to think there is a possibility of the pain getting at least a little tolerable.

All, apologize for the delay but thank you all as well. As many here say, its a way to pay it forward! I am now 2 years out, and am doing Great! Super strong and standing straight up now and moving forward. Don't get me wrong though, there are times where it still hits me, especially when I see my kids hurting from this madness, but as I stated I FOUND MYSELF, and that right there means so much especially in this situation. KNOWING YOUR WORTH!!!! KNOWING YOUR WORTH.......KNOWING YOUR WORTH!!!!! THAT IS HUGE!

TRY2feelhope, yes, sometimes you need tough love. I had that many times here, what blew me away was that a lot of the times I would fight that tough love, they ended up being right! Once I realized that, I listened more closely. Understand that the people here are not on a blog and just trying to talk mess, they are trying to help, and even though it don't seem like at times, they are actually trying to see if they can even help fix things!

Sancho, whats going on brother. Man, its been a story brother. Ill be posting on my New beginnings.

MBLINK, you are gonna be okay!

GOTTHESHAFT, brother im really sorry to hear that. Feel free to PM me, I have been super busy but I do try to get on here. Ill try to get on here more often. Im here to listen.

LOSTSAD, I know the feeling. Im sorry you are here but glad you did find this place. Keep posting, keep messaging. We will help. Just know that, you will be okay!

Everyone here, KNOW YOUR WORTH!!! If you don't know it, find it!!! When you do, you will look at your spouse and just smile! Trust me.
