I was in a dark place. To help fill this void, I tried to do some dating apps, but after 2 dates I discovered it was too soon and I wasn't ready. I really just wanted someone to talk with and help get my mind off of her. I did eventually find a girl that really helped me through it. This is the one referred to as the girlfriend in my previous update. I know this sounds selfish, but I really just needed her, or anybody, to help get me through my predicament.
What you've done is not fair to that girl. One of the reasons why so many cheaters get into trouble to begin with is that they use PEOPLE to spackle up the cracks in their lives. Please be honest with this woman and let her know the truth of the situation.
Healing comes when we're self-fruitful in the matter of life satisfaction, when we realize that we're enough and we don't need other people to complete us.

I agree with Chamomile.
Quit playing with other people's hearts just to make yourself feel better. Messing with that girl's emotions is wrong.
Divorce your WW and move on. There are lots of better women out there. Work on emotional independence and stop leaning on others.
