Kernel:

Where the f*#&$k is the toolbar in Word?

Instructions

(1) Right-click on your Windows 7 task bar.

(2)Click "Toolbars" to see a list of all toolbars you can add to the task bar in Windows 7. The toolbars are listed in this window depends largely on who manufactured your computer as well as what software you have installed on it.

(3)Click the name of a toolbar to add it to your task bar in Windows 7.

Why won't it stay put?

Right click the task bar, click properties, and then UNCHECK the autohide task bar in the "Taskbar" tab.

Why are my icons all so small?

Right-click the desktop, point to View, and then click Large Icons, Medium Icons, or Classic Icons. (Classic icons are the smallest size.)

What happened to all of my recent documents? #*@*$)#&%$)*#)&%#$_#!!!!!!

1. Right click on Start button (Windows orb) and select Properties .

2. Ensure that Start Menu tab is selected and click on Customize...

3. Scroll down, items are sorted alphabetically, and put a check next to Recent Items .

4. Click OK to accept and OK again to close the Task and Start Menu Properties window.

You will now see Recent Items available in your Start Menu.

What happens when a sort of techie person who cant stand not to help sees this kind of question in JS? She finds the answers.

JS Q&A

why DO older farm folk take baths instead of showers?

Well, I'll tell you, as 1.8% of our globally comprehensive "little chat" involved unraveling this little mystery.

Apparently, many older farmhouses got their water via well, and in the boondockier parts of town having an in-house water heater wasn't common practice.

Therefore, you could take a cold-ass shower or you could heat some water on the stove and take a nice cozy bath.

Thanks BR! I spent more time googling things than I did getting any work done. So frustrating. Next time I'll just PM you!

I need to stop looking at new cell phones. I love my cell phone. I hardly even use it since I got a tablet. I don't need a new cell phone. I just got a new cell phone in November.

Yet every summer I get the itch for some new toy.

Ama needs to learn to close to browser window instead of running google searches to compare models and features. Just sayin'.

BR, I hate to admit it, but I don't have a barcode scanner on my phone. I intentionally do not use my phone for anything other than texting and actual (gasp) phone calls. I sit in front of a computer all day and half the night, so I leave the phone alone. That being said, I'm off to download a barcode scanner - I've been meaning to do it for a while. Thanks for pushing me!

Oh, very funny BR!!
