The Demonologist by Gerald Brittle.
It's about Ed and Lorraine Warren, real life ghost hunters. I don't think I've slept since I started it
Oooohhhh. This sounds awesome.
I'm currently rereading The Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon and am on Book 2- Dragonfly In Amber. I'm attempting to refresh my memory in honor of both the 8th book's release and the Starz show release in June.
ETA: They just announced the show premieres in August. The 8th book is slated for a June release.

Matt Archer: Redemption by Kendra Highley. The last in the Matt Archer Monster Hunter series. Badass Aunt Julie - best character name ever.
It's YA but I am enjoying it nonetheless. Got the first one for free and rest for cheap. I love checking out new indie authors in the fantasy/mystery/steampunk genres.

Reading Alexander McCall Smith's 44 Scotland Street series - almost done with the 3rd of 4. All 3 have been terrific.
I really like Ian Rankin's writing, and McCall Smith brings him in a couple of times very briefly and hilariously. If they're not good friends, Rankin may have put a contract out on McCall Smith. Just sayin'....
ETA - actually, there are 7 44 Scotland Street novels so far.

I am about 3/4 of the way into Stephen King's newest book, Mr. Mercedes, and it's amazing! I LOVE Stephen King. I just finished Crash and Burn by Artie Lange (formerly of the Howard Stern show) - a great book chronicaling his heroin addiction and attempted suicide).

Neil gaiman's The Ocean at the End of the Lane.
It is a good book, it is a bit different than his other works. I started it on the plane as a break from NOT Just Friends (we were returning from vacation and resuming that book brought home the reality of my reality and it was very hard). There was a trigger moment in the book though which disrupted the "escapist" feel I was going for =/

I read Gaiman's 'Ocean' book about six weeks ago in one sitting. I've been moving through Ken Bruen's Jack Taylor novels since then - currently reading 'Priest'. Rough stuff in places, but pretty good overall.
