Okay, I'll jump in on this.

According to my H, I'm a MILF.

According to ME well....

I don't consider myself all that attractive physically. I have no outstanding features on either the plus side or the minus side.

I'm not all that outgoing, tend to be a bit reserved (maybe from being the baby of a large family, who knows?), find pleasure in solitary pursuits but I like to go out and socialize occasionally so I'm not a hermit...

So over all I'd put myself around... 5, maybe 6?

All in the eye of the beholder.

To a few, I am very attractive.

To others, I am repulsive.

To most, I am average.

Trying to assign a number is meaningless.

Success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.

I think I'm a female Kevin James. Chubby, funny, decent facial features -- different people find different things attractive about me.

I'm attractive to Mr. T, and that's good enough for me.

Uhh, looks a 3 or 4 (we're talking compared to the gen pop, not just my demo, right?), personality about a 9 if you like me, and a 0.5 if you don't.

People often say that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder,' and I say that the most liberating thing about beauty is realizing that you are the beholder. This empowers us to find beauty in places where others have not dared to look, including inside ourselves.

@Moo

Well, I'm always told that I'm very attractive. However, I don't see it most of the time unless I'm having a really good day. It's that darn "self-esteem down the drain after the A" thing. But I'm working on it.

I'm hoping one day I see myself as an 11! Right now I see myself at about a 5.

i would not be able to answer this objectively because how one sees oneself is not objective.

if you showed my picture to someone and asked them to rate me, you'd get a more honest answer, i think...

but aside from that, when i posed this question to my H, i'm a 10.

he's a 10 to me. (we both got the answer right!)

that's really all that matters to me...

Does this scale go into the negative numbers??

The odds are greatly against you being immensely smarter than everyone else in the field. If your analysis says your terminal velocity is twice the speed of light, the chances are better that you've screwed up than you've invented warp drive.

So very true. When I look in the mirror, I don't see the same person I see when I look at pictures.

When I look at a picture I think...wow, I look very nice there. But that's not the person I see when I look in the mirror. All I see in the mirror are flaws and things I'd like to change. All the negative stuff multiplied to the 10th power.

Maybe I'm just very photogenic and the real me is the one in the mirror. Who the heck knows!
