I've been out of work sick for a week so I've not been anywhere.

I admire your restraint. In your position I would've had him pop the box and bring me my copy the second they were delivered to the store. Possibly even if it required him to lock up the store while doing it.

I have it on my Kindle as of midnight the 18th. Have not started it because I am having a crazy time at work and have been working crazy hours and two jobs essentially so am beat.
I will be getting on to it tonight I hope!!!
13 years later...finally healed. Definitely survived and thrived and you can, too.
