I'm pretty sure I've shoveled about 90 feet of snow out of the walkway where the plow leaves me a deposit every other freaking day. Just sayin'

To the staff guy at my dog's daycare, waiting till Friday at 6pm to tell me that my dog -- who's always been the darling of the entire daycare staff -- is "really a jerk!" doesn't help me understand what the problem is or what I can do about it or why I didn't hear about it earlier in the week before it got to that level of jerkitude.
