Drinking helps.

So does lots and lots of running.

I was on the bus so much during the marriage that I don't remember what it is like to not be on the bus! It has been years for me and will be a few more till I even date so I guess I should be glad the ex never wanted sex. Frustrated in the marriage and out of the marriage...

Exercis made it worse for me! I could not believe the sensation. Also, I get lots and lots of offers which makes it worse.

I am not a FWB or casual sex person either. I can say that during my M, even during the years after 18 we had it at least 3 times per week. Sunday afternoons were so wonderful.

Any how, I hear ya! Oh, so ya just have to stop thinking about it....that's the trick!

Was reading this thread earlier today and decided to take the advice to get a massage for the human contact. It was lovely. I walked out of there relaxed and happy.

And no ... it wasn't THAT kind of massage!

Divorced the cheater and living my best life now.

The best thing about hitting rock bottom is that everything after that looks fucking fabulous.

HAHA! Actually exercise for me is a replacement for it. If I feel the need to I go for a run an I tend to forget about that thing. Helps me get tired and go to sleep too.

Drinking for me just ups the itch. Drunk text some people and regret it the next morning with apologies. LOL
