If you want chocolate milk without the work squeeze chocolate syrup in your mouth then take a gulp of milk and swish. Instant chocolate milk with nothing to wash after

And if you're that bored that you're watching Jerseylicious you could have come over to help me fold clothes. Just putting it out there, it's an option

All good ideas! There are geniuses on SI, that's for sure!

I'm going to finish watching DWTS and then I'm going to bed!

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

If it makes you feel even more better, one of my facebook friends posted that she's taken to crumbling BBQ chips into her greek yogurt.

Ama, if you're going to put anything in yogurt, it should be Grape Nuts. Just sayin'.

I put granola in my yogurt. Grape Nuts sounds delicious. BBQ chips???

So, I decided to be healthy and I made myself a delicious spinach salad for dinner tonight. It was so good but now I'm still hungry trying to figure out what I can eat next.

I'm so hungry!

AN... Drink lots and lots of water... with lemon if you've got it.

See if that curbs the "hungers"

Ooh, good idea! I'm going to have some seltzer with lemon now. Will that work? I hate PA water and I don't have any bottled.
