You did the right thing. Not only did he break NC by Googling, but then he tried to hide the evidence. He got caught only because he wasn't thorough enough.

I an understand - after all that time, the AP is still on their minds, and they try to secretly Google them thinking that they won't be caught. Then when they get caught, it's just bullshit. Sounds like affair behavior to me, another violation of trust. Good for you for taking a stand. If you hadn't caught him, he never would of told you. Yep, sounds familiar.
