My ever controlling SAWH just sent me the petititon for legal separation that he filed. I can not get in to the attorney that I want until Monday and he had to go and do it. I am so frustrated at him trying to control everything, even our F'n divorce!!!!!! I just wish there was soemthing I could do to knock him off balance just enough so he would know that he doesn't get to call all the shots. I thought he might have gotten that hint when I threw his butt out last week. Gosh I want to take him down a peg or two!!!

You could always go straight for divorce unless legal separation is a requirement in your state.

I agree with Tearsoflove. You can trump his "control" by going straight to divorce if that is an option for you. He certainly won't see THAT coming!

I'd get a Rottweiler for an attorney and give the command to go for blood.
Let the separation cost him!
