OMG...Lunch/breakfast/dinner...picture a plate filled with two huge, scrumptious, buttermilk pancakes, a layer of fresh strawberries in between, and on top, alternating mounds of fresh whipped creme and cheesecake stuff with an additional mound of creme in the center, more berries scattered all over the mess and dusted with confectioners sugar.
I ate only a quarter at noon, slid it into a box, another eighth for dinner. It is calling me, but I will resist.....
