I would do the Big E too, been wanting to go forever! We could do two.

So, what do people think of April?

I can do April. I have a lousy schedule, so if you figure out a day I will do my best.

I would love to go to my first g2g! I'm from Boston but living in Wolfeboro, NH so 2 hour drive to the city. I bet the g2g's are a blast!

God bless us, everyone.

I would do April or May or any time in the summer. I'll be back in Missouri for several months beginning mid-Sept. The 2014 Eastern States Expo runs 9/12 thru 9/28 so early-on would work.

If you want to combine a gtg with an 'event,' there's always Brimfield Antiques Fair. One of the really good reasons to live in New England ! May 13-18, 2014.

Or anywhere on the coast / always good. Or…. anywhere !

Funny, Brimfield is not close to me but I was just thinking the other day that I wanted to go....hmmmm. A weekend away would be good.

Love Brimfield! It is like Disney...You have to plan out your day. I was introduced by a woman who went equipped with a backpack filled with survival needs and a walkie-talkie. Pre-cellphone.

I am no longer hanging out with the militant flea market shopper but I did buy my bedroom set there last summer. Sitting in the fab shabby chic bed right now.

I will meet anyone there! This is addition to the G2G being planned.

Soooo, do we go to Brimfield as a group ? Meet the evening prior to going to Brimfield then hit Brimfield as a group ? I've not done this gtg thing before so am not sure as to the protocol. Brimfield was my introduction to apple cider doughnuts. OMG ! The BEST !

I can do April 26. I'd also be willing to meet up at Brimfield if others want to do that in addition to April. I haven't been there in years and just to walk around exploring is nice. Big E would in the fall would be fun, too...I go every year. I'm in the Hartford area and willing to travel to Mass (doesn't matter where) if that's most convenient.

April 26 is good. Where ? Is it still too cold then to go to the coast or is a coastal meet-up not central enough ?

If we did it out in the Westborough/Shrewsbury area, maybe some of the Western MA people could make it. It would be equally convenient for north/south shore folks as well. Is there a Not Your Average Joe's out that way?
