On a scale of 1 through 10 with ten being infuriated ,

At the height of your anger at OP AND CS, how angry were you at OP AND CS? (number wise)

CS 10

OW 7

I was a lot more mad at my ex H than I was at his B****.

The full blast of my anger was focused almost 100% on my WH in the beginning. It's only in the last few months I've began to feel anger and pure disgust for her. I'd rate it at a 7/8. I feel that WH should be my focus because he's married to me and had a choice to stray. He made the wrong one that has changed our marriage forever.

10 for sure. Everyone who was involved in the A's, whether it be WH, AP's, or just people who knew about them and kept silent, got a 10.

Think I might have an anger issue?

I'm a 10 towards my WH. At first the ladies were a 0. They are in business after all, he is just a John. But the two that are what I refer to as his APs - the cafe worker has a 10 because she is actively pursuing him and encouraging him to be with her, even though she is married with three kids of her own. The bus driver, (his employee) is now a 8, she actively pursued in the beginning, I think she is trying to pull away, not because of morals, but because her BS is suspicious. She is probly afraid my WH will fire her tho. Or make her work place miserable.

Easily a 10. I sought OM out after I kicked my XW out. Harsh words became threatening words which then escalated. He made what I perceived as an aggressive move and I struck him solidly 3 times. The first 2 staggered him. The third opened up a large lacaration on the left side of his face and broke his jaw. I ended up being the one taking him to he ER.

My bad. As bad as it was, he didn't deserve that. Very lucky he didn't press charges and me go to prison. It wasn't about him but my ex wife.

I don't know that I've been truly angry yet- hurt, absolutely. I sometimes feel angry at the OW, but it is very surface level, like I need to lash out at someone and she is the lucky one. I would give her a 6-7 I guess, for being thoughtless and selfish. My husband, I'm starting to feel angry with him, but again the anger is secondary to the hurt. There is no number high enough to rate that.

If she hadn't gotten the hell out of Dodge I might have killed her. I still want to peel her, or perhaps sand her. At the very least I'd like to shatter both of her patellas with a baseball bat. I guess all of that would indicate 10.

Honestly, I was more disgusted. She is dumber than a box of rocks, and pretty fugly and obese.

I got to an 8 when she called me and threatened me (WS went NC for real after DD#2 and she got MAD).

Now, if I could get a free pass to whoop her ass, I'd probably still do it for honors sake....but for the most part my rage toward her didn't go past a 4/5.

Now him, let's just say he knows how lucky he is that he is still breathing and that he has his twig and berries still intact!

ETA: I forgot, when she pretended to have his baby, going so far as to post "their" newborn pics as mother and son, then I got to a 10 when I found out it was all a sick lie. But that was different, and it only lasted a day before I was REALLY disgusted with how pathetic she was.

Seriously, who DOES that?

BH was a 10 and is still a 6. AP was a 10, but is now a 2. I feel bad though, because she's with some other idiot sex driven man, probably with a wife. so I'll pass on the 10 to that wife and if I knew who she was, I' d call her in a heartbeat and let her know what the AP is all about. she's a sick soul, alone, no husband and obviously can't have a healthy relationship, and from what WH says, she was pretty self absorbed .

The anger ebbs and flows, but I've always been a lot angrier at the OP than my H. When I think about her, the anger is a 10. For him, it's more like a 5.

I know that this isn't logical, as anything I say about her (pathetic, weak, selfish, disgusting, etc.) applies equally to him. And I believe he is a good person who made a really terrible choice...but about her, I just think she's a terrible person. Again, no logic to it. But I have spent a life with him and have a much easier time understanding how he was struggling with some difficult things in his life and was completely unable to handle the accompanying emotions appropriately.

I even realize that my intense anger at her is probably anger at him, which I'm redirecting toward her. In fact, I even said this to H last night. But as illogical or misplaced as my anger toward her is, that's how I feel these days.
