So I am enrolled in a PhD program (one of the many ME changes) and am starting soon. I will be reading, reading, reading and want to do some fun reading before my research brain kicks in. Any good books or series?

Me FBS 40s, Him XWS older than me (lovemywife4ever), D, He cheated before M, forgot to tell me. I’m free and loving life.

What do you like to read? Some of my fave books, in no particular order:

Water for Elephants

Tending Roses

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

Hunger Games Series

have you read The Bell Jar... not what I had imagined, and a surprisingly easy read! Now one of my favorite books.

Oooohhh... and there is a series by Wanda Bruenstetter (sp) about Amish life... I LOVE these (I started with The Sisters books in her series (A Sister's Secret, A Sister's Test, a Sister's Hope...) They are sweet, easy reads.
