I know!
I can't wait. The main folks I have to meet are Matt Smith, Stan Lee, and Nathan Fillion. But there's a ton of people that will be there, so I'm sure I'll see and do tons.
This is exactly the sort of thing I was never allowed to do under you know who. I think I'm going to enjoy freedom quite nicely.

Ready Player One was INCREDIBLE!
I know I shouldn't be, but I'm pretty excited to see what Steven Spielberg does with the film adaptation.
Getting back on topic, my STBXWW contacted me yesterday. She went to invite my brothers to DS' graduation party and discovered all three of my brothers had unfriended her on Facebook.
For some reason, this puzzles her.
I swear, I used to think she was brilliant. Now she just says and does the dumbest things.
No shit they unfriended you. That's the kindest way they could have handled your betrayal of their brother. Consider yourself lucky they didn't light your wall up with posts about your skanky ass.

By the way, since we're past discovery and really, the only way things are going is D, I am probably going to let this thread go the way of the buffalo and start up a new one in the D forum.
I'll let y'all know when I do.

Poor widdle muffin, your brothers were not happy with her going off for weekends away with OM?
How rude and unreasonable of them(!)
Hey, where's your invite, seeing as DS is... well, your DS and all?

Were you invited to your DS's Graduation Party?
Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn’t.

Yeah. Her confusion at their unfriending her really bakes my noodle. I mean... did you think they wouldn't want to choke you out if they caught you in a dark alley?
Yes, I am invited to the graduation party. This should be all sorts of fun...

Oh, and I forgot, it gets even more funny.
To invite me, she sent me a friend request on Facebook. That's right, I'm allowed to be Facebook friends with my wife again. How generous of her...
Which I accepted... and then turned around and invited my brothers to the party once I got the invite.
Now, I've laid ground rules for everyone - absolutely no public drama. Make the day about DS.
But, if they were to want to pull her aside and have a few expletive-laced words with her, I'm fine with it.

Yes, very high school.
I noticed just now that she unfriended me again.
Waywards, man. They are so weird. Oh well. I just needed to be friended so I could get the invitation to the party and invite my brothers. Now that that's done, no worries.
The mandated 61 day "cool down" period after filing for divorce is up on July 22. I just created a reminder on Google Now to give me a nice, pretty pop-up telling me to call the court on that day (it's a Wednesday, if anyone is curious) and schedule the hearing.
I can't wait for this to be behind me.

Wow. You got more guts than I do.
My DD's graduation is this weekend. My family is taking her and siblings to dinner the night before, going to the ceremony, and then leaving. I think WW is planning on a party after the ceremony. Don't care - I'm not going.
I also told my family the only thing they can say to WW is "Hello." What color is the sky? Hello.
I'm keeping my family far as possible from WW. It'd get ugly. Fast.
Oh, and after we separated and WW was posting about dating (three months after we separated) and I reminded her that she was still married, she blocked me from all her social media - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, you name it.
