Hello new friends. I'm headed back to VaBch early tomorrow, there's a training evolution I'm going to grab an available slot in. It takes place in CONUS, I'll be around the Tidewater area until Friday, returning there tomorrow late afternoon. I'll check in when I get to the BOQ. That is probably good news about stbx , after all what can she say? More likely than not her parents are keeping her on a short leash for her own good.

When will the D be final, I don't recall if you already filed.
Yes, it has been filed, but I cannot project the date it becomes final. I'd like to be free of the whole thing not later than 1 October for my own reasons. One of the things I'll be doing before Friday is meeting with my attorney.

Did you ever take a look at the computer stuff you took?
I guess I neglected to mention that was all turned over to JAG before I left last week. I've read, seen, and heard all I need to know that even if remaining with "A" was something I wanted (it isn't), I couldn't look myself in the eye knowing I'm the kind of man who would accept this. No offense intended to the betrayed husbands who live with the fact that their wives gave themselves to another man but that's not me. I don't need to know any more than I already know to divorce "A". I want anything in those USB drives which would aid or enhance the prosecution against her "deployment husband" to be available to JAG. I'm hoping he communicated with my cheating whore of a stbxw via .mil email or in some other way hung himself further by misappropriation of government resources. Regardless of how it may seem to some, I still want to burn him to the ground.

He had to have otherwise, why would she be asking you to leave it between the two of you or his wife is divcoring and going to Texas. Pass that to JAG as well.

I'm meeting with my attorney this afternoon, and I had a message waiting at the BOQ from my FIL. I'll contact him later. I don't hate "A", and I certainly don't want her to come to a bad end over this. I read the whole thread about the WW who carried on a nine year affair which ended nine years ago then she was found out & her world caved in. Her ensuing suicide bothered me quite a bit, that's nothing I'd ever want to see happen to my cheating wife. At one time I thought she was worth marrying, that I was wrong about that is a sorry thing. However, speaking with her Father is as far as I'm going to go. I want zero contact with her directly.

Just curious, LtCdrLost, what are your feelings about officers who cheat on their civilian wives (or husbands)?
