I’m not sure there’s just one. I hope I don’t repeat any that I were already mentioned, but I definitely need to include these:
Especially good for the anger stage -
“I Hate Myself for Loving You” -Joan Jett
“I Don’t Care Any More” -Phil Collins
“That Day” -Nonpoint (this was one that someone on one of these threads mentioned; I sometimes would go for a drive just to play this and cry or whatever I needed to get some of the pain out)
Others:
“What Kind of Fool” -B Streisand
“I Will Survive” -Gloria Gaynor
“Bulletproof” - La Roux
“Fight Song” -Rachel Platten
“What Hurts the Most” -Rascal Flatts
“I Can’t Make You Love Me” -Bonnie Raitt
“Yesterday” -The Beatles
“Skyscraper” -Demi Lovato
“Roar” -Katy Perry
“F**ckin Perfect” -P!nk
“You Were Mine” -Dixie Chicks (I still can’t listen to this without crying though)

I have changed in so many ways as a result of surviving infidelity and this song pulled me through the toughest parts.

Wow, thank you everyone and I was really looking for some of these songs I just couldn't remember them. Listening to the songs have way different meanings now than they used to.

I don't have one.....I was unable to handle the triggers that music brings...still do not listen to music with words, after 11 years....
Just jazz....or classical..
The triggers have changed...from OW and cheating triggers, to D and triggers of songs when we dated...in the 80's..
However, I can listen to Christmas songs again...that was a sad time.

Seventh Stranger by Duran Duran
A song I used to enjoy simply for the melody, but now the lyrics are almost unnerving in their accuracy.

Every single song from Beyonces "Lemonade" album, especially "Hold Up" and the poem that's the prelude for that song (it's very abstract but explains the crazy I felt everytime there was gaslighting):
Denial
I tried to change
Closed my mouth more
Tried to be soft, prettier
Less... awake
Fasted for 60 days
Wore white
Abstained from mirrors
Abstained from sex
Slowly did not speak another word
And that time my hair I grew past my ankles
I slept on a mat on the floor
I swallowed a sword
I levitated
Into the basement
Confessed my sins
And was baptized in a river
Got on my knees and said, "Amen"
And said, "I mean"
I whipped my own back
And asked for dominion at your feet
I threw myself into a volcano
I drank the blood and drank the wine
I sat alone in begged and bent at the waist for God
I crossed myself in thought
I saw the devil
I grew thickened skin on my feet
I bathed in bleach
And plugged my menses with the pages from the holy book
But still inside me coiled deep was the need to know
Are you cheating?
Are you cheating on me?

Sorry, can't limit to one song lol. Depends on my mood at that specific moment. These are the top constant and consistent contenders:
Not Gonna Break Me by Jamie N Collins
Bang Bang by Kaleo
Arsonists Lullaby by Hozier
Human by Rag n Bone Man
Broken People by Rag n Bone Man
Wanted by Royal Deluxe
Short Change Hero by The Heavy
A Time to Fight by Disturbed

Pray for you by Jaron and the Long Road to Love.
It’s very humorous. His GF cheats. So he prays for her.
To crash her car. My favorite line “I pray your dreams never come true”
Makes me laugh and I play it often.
My favorite song is FreeBird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. I remember listening to it the first day I knew he was Divorcing me for the OW. How sad.
Survived two affairs and brink of Divorce. Happily reconciled. 12 years out from Dday. Reconciliation takes two committed people to be successful.
