I had to put my kitty with breast cancer down today...She hadn't eaten since Tuesday and her white count had went from 87000 to 107000...The fluid was building up around her heart and lungs and was full of cancer cells..
She had her first surgery for breast cancer last September and then again in January..She was only 11..She purred to the end..She didn't suffer..That was what was important to me...I lost one more furbaby...The second one in 9 months...

I believe there is a place for our precious kitties...I told my little girl to go and find her brothers who had went before her...Gave her lots of hugs and kisses and tears before she left...She had always give me sugar on the forehead and would try and nip at my nose to give me love kisses too..
Thanks for all the hugs and wonderful thoughts..I will greatly miss my precious little girl..

sorry for your loss.
Just a couple of weeks ago, we lost one of our 4 cats. Even though we still have 3 left, the house feels "empty".
We still have the sister of the one that died, so we see a little of our former cat in her.

My other little girl, who stayed in the house with my cancer kitty is missing her sister really bad..Before she died Yzma taught the other kitty to sleep on my pillow above my head..The other kitty, Flaming Jane is now trying to lay all over me and seeking comfort by being close to me..I still have 3 tom kitties and now only 1 girl...They are so individual and have such different personalities....
I have had several good cries today over my Yzma being gone...I will miss that little girl for a long time...
