I stopped using Mouse in my hair a few weeks ago... I think it was drying my hair out.
But now my hair is all frizzy and thin and fly away!
What can I do to get rid of the frizzies and thin...
Thanks

If you have a hair dresser, ask to have a deep conditioning done, or go to a beauty supply place & ask for recommendations for a deep conditioning treatment. Every once in a while, I'll do a hot oil treatment, too.
If you're on a super-tight budget, you could use some of the extra virgin olive oil from your cupboard. (You might have to shampoo a couple of times to get all of the oil out.) Heat the oil up, but not too hot, apply through your hair, wrap the top of your head in a plastic bag, then in a towel. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
Or, you can also use mayonnaise (not heated).

A funny thing happened to my hair once I hit menopause, it went from being board straight to now being curly, not super curly, but curly.
Things make it fuzzy/frizzy too, like brushing or using a hair dryer.
So I don't do that, I have a comb for curly hair, and I use a product after showering that is a spray in for curly hair, it's not a high end product, in fact I get it at my grocery store, I believe it's called frizzease for wavy/curly hair. I spray that in wet, and then fluff it and let it dry naturally. The other thing that makes it frizzy is washing it daily, so I have cut back to EOD, which is really hard for me, some days I shower 2 times. I don't like feeling dirty, or sticky if I have sweat, which I do a lot of now too (thanks menopause).
I can't condition a lot, or use those deep treatments because my hair is fine, and it weighs it down.

I should try the Frizzease....
I never blow dry my hair... don't even own a blow dryer. But I do brush my hair. I don't like how it looks with just the comb.
Without the mouse my hair is super thin/fine. The mouse used to give it body.

I have thin hair too, and don’t blow dry (lazy). I use a satin scrunchy and let it dry on top of my head. The satin prevents rubbing/frizzing and it drying on top of my head provides body.
You might play with other mousses, too. Ive had good look the Frieda brand.(CVS — not too expensive)

I have curly hair. Curly hair can truly be a challenge. My hair is very light and fine, frizz ease is too heavy for my hair. I have finally found a couple of Aveda products that work for me. I alternate between their BeCurly products and their Smooth infusion. They are pricey, but they work for me.
I condition every time I shower, but don’t shampoo anymore than necessary. I use a cowash between regular shampoos as well, it isn’t as drying.
My daughter has curly hair as well, she wears it long which weighs down the curls and frizz.
As I’ve gotten older, it tends to frizz more, so it takes more product to keep it under control.
