Congratulations on being smoke free.

Great job

P.S. I totally get this:

I still love the smell of cigarette smoke and will practically sit in our smoking friends lap when they light up

The only problem is that it makes me crave one

I needed this today. I quit on April 15 (no aids, just plain cold turkey) and had a really bad craving today that lasted almost the whole afternoon. I almost bought a pack on my way home but I resisted.

Time to throw another $7.50 in my Italy jar.

That is awesome!

8 years ~ way to go!

Son #1 quit a year and a half ago, but occasionally cheats with an Old Port Colt (cigar?).

Son #2 still smokes, but has cut back.

H and I can't stress enough how much healthier they both would be AND save money!

That is awesome!

My grandmother quit smoking after having smoked for 20+ years. She never "cheated", but kept a crushed up cigarette in a ziplock bag in a drawer. Every now and then she would just sniff the bag.

Wow, awesome DS and MH!!!!

You give me hope...I'm down to one pack a day give or take a few cigs. That money figure is looking soooooo good...and, of course, the health benefits!

PS...did you go 'cold turkey'?
