SO made his flight reservation which puts him into the other side of Houston in the evening on Thursday, so we won't be driving to Austin until Friday. But we still should be there in time for lunch. 
I'm way behind on hotel planning, btw, and I apologize for that. It doesn't look like there will be enough people from out of town to get a discount rate anywhere, though. But I will PM people as soon as I figure out where we're staying.

My BF and I just bought tickets to see Blue October downtown that Friday night and are planning on staying downtown that night to be at the Pecan Street Festival on Saturday.
For those that I met at the Woodlands (Houston) g2g, this is the same BF that attended with me and then I broke up with in early May. We've recently had a talk and decided to see each other again. It's only been a couple of weeks, but going well so far.

On the same day, @ a mile east of the Pecan St. Festival is the Texas Craft Brewers Festival...
So if we walk from west to east, we'd arrive in perfect shape to attend:

Just a few more days! I hope y'all have ordered in some nice weather for us.
The beer festival sounds like a fun time, though we don't usually do too much drinking at the TX g2gs...perhaps they sell rootbeer as well?

Okay, turns out I've got a busy day tomorrow, and good thing I already took the day as a vacation day.
SO and I will make it over to Austin in time for dinner, not lunch. I've got a job interview in the morning, before we can head out.
If I don't get another PM sent out, if I have your phone number I will text any activity info/updates. I included my cell number on the PMs so feel free to text me as well. Or PM me here if you're more comfortable with that. I will be checking all that. I just don't know if I'll have the time to send out multiple PMs.
Same goes with any last minute attendees. If you suddenly can make it to Austin on Saturday and need to find the group, send me a PM. I'm set up to get a text notification so I'll know I have a PM here.
