I have come to the conclusion that the comment section after ANY article--regardless of controversy--is populated by ignorant messages left by the dregs of society.
Seriously. Read any article online. Read the comments. You'll see. It's amazing how almost any topic can devolve, given a comments section.

NG, it's in the divorce section and titled something like How my husband caught me cheating. A bit of a head's up though. Even though there's a video, they have DS' face blurred and the comments are overwheomingly negative. One said DS is probably still a liar and another said MH is a wimp.

I didn't read through all the comments (couldn't stomach all the negativity) but did someone actually SAY this was a "for-profit" site? If so, I guess they can't be bothered to actually *look* at the site.

And that about sums up the majority of the comments. DS has got nothing to prove to anyone but MH and she does, and she has and they took that and built this place for US. And we're healing aren't we everyone? We have one another and a deeper understanding of something we shouldn't have gone through but we are climbing out of stronger.
I was telling DS the other day about the "lady" around the corner that likes to whisper to the other moms that my husband cheated on me . This "lady" also likes to water her garden in short shorts and stilettos and flirted so heavily with another dad at the fun fair they were practically making out.
Clean your own house biotch.. mine is better than you'll ever know.
You can't let ignorance take you down. We"ll be the first ones to make a spot for those commenters when they need us.. people who haven't lived it just don't know it.

DS and MH, thank you for sharing your journey with not just us, but the world. I have appreciated your insight and support over the last few years. I am sorry you had to face the negativity on the site and I am glad to know that you are not letting that crap stop you from supporting others.
