I’m having an ok day. I do have support and many other blessings in my life. I want to focus on my daughter and make sure she is ready to fly in the fall. As my mom likes to quote “truth is stranger than fiction” isn’t that real? we all have had to experience this. We are all in this together. Thankyou.

Big hugs today Lorisa.

I hope you managed to get some rest. Thinking of you.

Just comments about the email.

- He is lying to himself. It is himself he doesn’t know.

- He is a coward and is hiding behind email

- By implying that you two are not a good fit, he doesn’t have to face his selfish behaviour. It is blame-shifting and rewriting history so he doesn’t have to own his decisions and immoral behaviour.

He has it easy because no one knows that he is a cheater. Have there been any consequences?. I bet he would be a very different person if people knew he is a fake and a cheater. I think he likes his pedestal.

This is all about him and continues to be. he is too weak to say this in person. You deserve more. So much more.

Lots of hugs

Lorisa, what you're seeing is regret, not remorse. Remorse looks like a WS doing everything they can to make things right and better themselves. If he is not digging into why he did this, he is not remorseful. And if he's tossing out gems about how he never really loved you, he's DEFINITELY NOT remorseful!

You deserve so much better than this. Do you really want to be married to someone who doesn't truly love you? Marriage is hard enough. R is extremely difficult EVEN WITH a WS who is putting in 110% of the work. Yours has one foot in and one foot out the door since he's not even sure of his love for you. This isn't going to work until he makes big changes.
