I am also female and I didn't switch teams either.
Edited to say this: I was attempting to be funny and lighthearted with my comment about the bat. Since my joke fell flat, and even offended, I removed the comment here and I sincerely apologize!

I had to go back a few pages to find the bus. Did we lose the drivers?
I'd like to book a seat in advance please. Filing soon, have been on the bus for 3 months now. Tmi alert: Vj is one happy camper ever since then. My state is a 60 day to D, so can I be an official bus rider by then? Please, pretty please?

Just over ten months for me. You'd think they would have installed some more comfortable seats in this thing.

Looked back to page 5 and found my first post on this thread. I'm now at the two-year mark. Damn.
At least D has been filed. I restocked the cooler ... anyone want a margarita? Come on back, rocks and salt, I assume?

I'm with hopeless, the seats are getting uncomfortable after 11 and 1/2 months. ugh. I'd love a marg, heartbroken. At least I still have alcohol! Thanks.

Ah; you novices
I may not be the driver, but I'm at least the conductor. I've lost track of how long it's been, but it was definitely pre-2006 when I hopped on. I wasn't even an SI member then...

Almost to the day.
My last experience was HB so
Don't really think that counts.
I may ride the bus as long as Sad.
Don't really see myself dipping my toe in anytime soon.
Nope.
I'm going to install my own Lazy Boy chair in here since the seats are not too comfy.

Yes, please and thank you. In fact, I think it may be time for a little fiesta to wake up the napping folks in the back.

My man was on the bus for 11 years and I was on for almost 7 myself. A message of hope: the pieces parts still function well even after long disuse and even past 61 years of age.
