Well it sounds like we will need two big screens. One for football/basketball/baseball/soccer ball/golf/etc.. Maybe that's why men are so facinated by sports, they all end with a ball. Sorry, guys just joking of course.

How have I never noticed this thread before?

I suddenly have the song "Another One Rides the Bus" by Weird Al going through my head.

(To the tune of "Another One Bites the Dust")

Another one rides the bus

Another one rides the bus

Another comes on and another comes on

Another one rides the bus

Hey, who's gonna sit by you

Another one rides the bus

Make room, coming in, hope we're going somewhere fun. It's been six months since my last encounter with my FWB even though we're still friends who talk several times a week. I recently scared away a man I was dating by not having sex with him the same night my dog died so I'll probably be here a while. Hope I get a window seat.

Can we stop by somewhere with roller coasters?

Sissiness is a dealbreaker for me.

I'll go sight-see and eat a corn dog while the rest of you hop on the roller coaster.

I'm still winding down from the damnedest roller coaster known. I'll pass on this one...

The rest of you can go, I'll relish the quiet.

I'm on the bus. It's going to be a long ride but I like riding on the bus with the windows down and the radio blaring.

I'll stop anyplace with drinks and deep fried foods.

Alrighty then -

Let's start off with a little swing by to Cedar Point (roller coaster capital of the world), then on to Washington DC and we will visit the new baby panda twins at the zoo.

We can absolutely have a no-pointy ball viewing section. How about if we make the top level of the bus a quiet zone? Surely someone here is handy and can install some sound insulating tiles between the two levels.

Our bus is big. We will have two big screens and two walls with those tiny screens that show all the different channels.

GiveTimeTime - we hear you. It's OK. No one expects that of you here. This is a safe zone. Good practice though.

IDeserveMore - we will put you near the surround sound speakers. Perch on the subwoofer if you must. You can open the window if you want.

So sorry about your dog lilies21.

Everyone else - thanks for chiming in. Appreciate the input.

Food, people, we need food.

Do we have a grill master on board? Shall we have steak?

I'm liking the sound of all of this. This bus has cruise control so that I don't have to necessarily sit behind the wheel *all* the time, right? Chocolate pudding shots? do tell...

How about Foo Foo Bunnies? I know it isn't easter....but.....they are YUMMY!

OK - are y'all done at Cedar Point? Because I'm ready to head to Washington DC and the zoo. And baby pandas.

Nice to see you, Violated!

Lobster does sound nice. As does New England I vote that after we visit Washington DC we make our way up there.

Correction from above: Bunny Foo Foo.

Anyone want to stop anywhere between Cedar Point and Washington DC? Maybe a quick hike somewhere in the mountains of PA??

OH - and there's a water park in Erie PA on Peach street. I think we should stop there. I'm going to call ahead and reserve the place so we don't have to wait in line. I have Slendersuits for everyone under the bus. No excuses.

Relevant: That Hell-Bound Train, by Robert Bloch. A pretty good plot summary is found by searching for the title and author.

Can we have a running board? I always wanted to ride on a real running board... And can I hang my head out, over the side?

Yes. You can hang your head out over the side, devotedman.

As the current driver of the bus, I decided to take a swing around to the top of the boards, in case some of y'all need to get back ON the bus, and have forgotten where we are.

For those of us on the bus, knowing that we don't want to stay here permanently, what is the best thing about being on the bus for you right now?

For me, I don't wake up every morning nervous and anxious and obsessing about whether I'm going to feel well by the end of the day or have enough energy to have sex with WH, and if I don't feel well or have enough energy, how I'm going to avoid having sex with him.

As far as our BUS TOUR:

With the holidays coming up, is there anywhere special anyone thinks we should go? Some cool holiday celebrations on or off the beaten path, etc??

As for the bus, how about Feliz Navidad?
