Out of all the things that can fall out of a tree and kill you, snakes are nowhere near as dangerous as those green eight legged things... what are they called again... oh yeah, billiard tables.

Your mileage may vary... in accordance with the prophecy.

Do not back up. Severe tire damage.

Those are some neato snakes. However in that second picture what is that on the ground behind it? Is that a beaver carcass? Did that thing snufficate it?

Hey BR I live in the country, and have always had rat snakes, or more commonly know around these parts as a black snake. Some get pretty big, over 6 feet. Most are around a yard or so long, and they will climb any old tree they can find, esp those with bluebird houses, and they will crawl into those, and eat all the baby bluebirds. It's an easy meal for them, however they really eat mainly mice, rats, and other small rodents, and usually will only bite when they feel cornered. They are even known to eat other snakes!!! And for that reason I do not kill them. Anything that is going to help limit the copperhead population I am all for. Now that is a NASTY snake!

I cannot stop laughing at that snake cake.

I saw a girl yesterday wearing a shirt that said, "My Patronus is a Honey Badger." I wanted to be friends with her but felt intimidated by her coolness.
