Slutty McWhore is the one I use the most often.
Also, I will go with "nothing" and "nobody" sometimes, especially when I was ending things with DD's dad. He told me OW was nobody and it meant nothing. So when she called, I would sometimes say, "Hey, your nobody called." "Hey, nothing sent you an email this morning."

I got so tired of saying/typing "prostitutes" that now I just say "them", pathetic-ignorant-sad-degraded-them.

My WH in conversation with his boss referred to them as the "product" from the "supplier". Clever idiot! The boss in turn referred to them with a name that is so disgusting I can't even write it.
