On December 14th you said he promised he'd never talk to her again, yet he talked to her on Valentine's Day. He lied to you. He broke his promise. You did not win anything.
You can apologize over and over, but if your actions don't change, your words become meaningless.

He didnt choose you. He chose plan B because plan A didnt choose him.
