When I started at IBM in 1977, IIRC, a senior guy fixed something and said something like,'Once again, brute force, luck and (something else I don;t remember) trump logic, science, and training.'

Now, on to bigger and better things. I'm going to see if I can fix my 16yo's PC.
My 12yo says he's using a tutorial to learn how to type quickly without looking at the keyboard.
