I routinely ignore anyone at my door because 99% of the rare times are folks trying to share the good word (religion). But this evening said visitor was unusually persistent, both ringing doorbell and knocking. So I answered. And glad I did.

It was a process server. Looking for Xhole. Proudly told the guy he was my EX.

Then he said, "Do you know where he lives? Or are you a party to this service?"

I asked what "service" he was referring to and he said it. The state child support enforcement office.

I nearly wet myself with laughter! 😂

Told the guy no, not a party to this service, but I know the rental house where he lives. Gave the address and said Xhole's been running from this for six years so it's about time!

Looks like Baby Mama OW that lives in another state finally got a valid paternity suit acknowledged by our state. Xhole was convinced (last time we spoke about this some 2-3 yrs ago) that as long as he didn't demand visitation she wouldn't force the CS issue.

Guess she changed her mind...

He's 64 and technically owes for the past six years as well as for another 11 or so years to come! Ahhhh, consequences...gotta love them.

I particularly like the part where you provided an accurate address for him. Those had to have been the sweetest words you've spoken in quite some time, Phoenix...possibly ever. Ahhhh....

Oh dear.

It seems that once again, the one consistent marker of all of your Xhole's problems is...wait...lemme think...Xhole.

So liberating to know he's still getting in his own way. Isn't it freeing to know we have zero part in this mess? That we no longer have to clean it up? Happy to the Thanksgiving!

(PS: I've been having fun way over here with my popcorn watching assclown being pounded around legally as well. He's on serious probation and violating all sorts of court ordered actions. Here's hoping the holidays bring more opportunities for him to have a few run-ins with the police. Nothing says Merry Christmas like the hoosegow.)

Ain't life grand from this side?

Ha! So if he didn't demand visitations she wouldn't force the CS issue. That's a real good way of thinking and to live your life. I love popcorn stories like this.

Time will tell if they are successful in serving him. He is notorious for successfully avoiding service (retired cop), and has No Trespassing signs posted to scare off servers.

I *may* have warned them about that fact, as well as the sources of his retirement income...

Hope is new wifey has enough income to support both of them cause when they DO catch him, they are gonna suck him dry! Poor muffin!

Happy Thanksgiving, indeed.

Service is just the opening act. When he has to suffer a loss of 50 to 60% of his net income from garnishment when he is located and found in contempt by the court normally brings on severe lamentations.

As for the new wife she may be an ex when she figures out what she has signed up for.

Thanks for bringing a smile to my face as I prepare for Thanksgiving Phoenix1.
