I have another suggestion but it might not be any better for you.
Do you watch Eureka?
The actor who plays Nathan Stark could also pull it off, and he's more of a suit guy. Kevin Smith is more of a "Barrons when he gets ready to ride his motorcycle" guy. Most of the time he's in a suit.
This is the guy:
He's 6'4. He plays a megalomaniacal scientist turned executive genius who turns out to be a good guy.
Eureka is the one show that hits my kinks and lord_v's kinks. Nathan is *totally* my type, and the lady that plays his (and other people's) love interest is *totally* lord_v's type. Neither of us can resist competent suit-wearers.

That's Barrons! That totally works!
Yep.. I'm a "suit wearer" kind of gal.
I think she did a good job of making Barrons either/or.
Go softly my sweet friend. You will always be a part of who I am.

Yeah, I know. Really Barrons should *surprise* you in his motorcycle leathers, not *live* in them. It's a buttoned up control thing.

Ok, I ***LOVED*** Monings Fae books, and then I bought the first in the Fever series.
I kept waiting for something to happen and when it didn't, I was disappointed. Maybe because I was familiar with the "romance" of the fae books. I am half in love with Adam Black lol.
So I have read only the first in the Fever series, should I read the rest? Have any of you read her other fae books? How does the Fever series compare to those?
OMG I am SO HAPPY that I can talk about Moning other than her fan pages. Some of those people are a bubble off dead center.

Ed Quinn (Stark) is "Barrons in his Bugatti Veyron."
BTW ladies, he's single!
Is it just me or does Barrons totally not seem 30 to you? He's 37 minimum, probably 42.
Perhaps if Mac weren't so creepily and inexplicably young it'd all work out better.
However I think she was trying to go for a "Buffy" vibe with Mac so I guess that's why she's a kid. Strangely I see more of an age difference between a 22-yo and a 32-yo than I see between a 22-yo and a 3000-yo. I mean everyone's a child to the latter, who cares.
Thank you for correcting me on the release date. I have to teach a Photoshop class on Friday and sent out notices saying it was Friday the 18th since I had it in my head that I was getting Shadowfever this Friday, so it must be the 18th. Lies, this Friday is the 14th and SF isn't out till the next Tuesday.
So this mistake causes a minor kerfluffle via my company email.
You'd think that people who are getting an amazing Photoshop workshop from the likes of me who *knows herself some Photoshop* which is *totally free* on my part would be more grateful and not bitch over minor things like this but I guess not.
Instead I'm having to reiterate for the thousandth time that no you're not getting paid since *I* am not, we're using company facilities, put it on your damn year end eval that you took the time to attend free training, no there's also no lunch and if you keep complaining at me for SHIT I AM DOING FOR FREE ON MY OWN TIME then please don't show up because you're a clockpunching asshole. I can tell what kind of person you are by whether or not you acted offended there was no charge number when the notifications all stated clearly there is not.
I am giving up my day off to train you people, shaddup and deal with my minor clerical errors, my brain is scattered in preparation for BARRONS.

I haven't gone back to re-read. So, if I don't post for awhile it's probably because my head exploded.
She's pretty good about putting in explanations that "catch you up", though...

I haven't either Punky. I'm in another series now. I'm going to try to finish this book tomorrow so my mind can forget it before Tuesday.

NA has opened the damn boxes, I know she has. I mean, I would certainly have done so in her position.
She knows things. She knows the answers. She's avoiding this thread because of that. I know she is! It's a conspiracy! It's killing me. I may have to blow a vacation day tomorrow!

Count me in on waiting expectantly for the new arrival! I finished book 4 on thursday. This week I am working about 60 hours, but the book is set to download to my blackberry on release. Any one interested in speculating about who it was at the end? I know some may not have gotten that far, but I keep rolling it over in my mind and have an idea. wondering what others opinions are.

Well, that's a spoiled fact based on some pages she released on her site a few months back, if you want confirmation.
