You get to CHOOSE how you're going to move forward into your new life. Infidelity can be your defining narrative (hey, here's my baggage and the owner's manual that goes with it! Please read chapters 3 through 7 by Friday!) or you choose to live in the now.
By saying that, I in no way mean to diminish the horror, the injustice, and the trauma that is infidelity. We ALL get it here. But that experience was FINITE. Only you can choose if you're going to let it be infinite.
