Is it just me or is that a really big duck???

We went out for our traditional Chinese Dinner tonight at our favorite restaurant.

I almost had duck... but ended up with Shrimp in Garlic Sauce.

Hey, we did the popcorn brunch at the movie theater AND went out for Chinese!! Then came home and the DD's and I opened presents followed by a rousing game of Sorry...I lost.

It was so much fun!!! And lots of left over Chinese food.

One of the best parts was I gave my daughter a toaster for a present. She is always complaining about my toaster.

The look on her face was priceless....and then she giggled as she said, "My friends are going to crack up when they hear I got toaster for Christmas!!"

I'm in the Central time zone...

According to my Dad, everything east of Reno was "Back East."

I found Zuzu's petals today in the strangest place.

Merry Christmas.

I'm late to the party, so Happy Holidays everyone since the big day is over.

Hope everyone had a good time and are now recouping from the festivities. Loosening belts another notch.

Nik, I had to check out those almond and strawberry snacks you brought in on page 1 in more detail. I may give those a try.

Growing forward

Brunch was amazing. FIrst meat I've had in awhile, couldn't resist the bloody prime rib station.

Fabulous everything, finished with yummy choklit ice cream and berries.

Then I came home and had a bottle of cabernet for dessert. With Cheezits for a late snack.

Slept very well and had crazy dreams.

Sunshine today so a bike ride will be mandatory. Hope everyone is stuffed and happy.
