I’m taking a huge leap today.
I’ve worked for the same company for 10 years. Every 2 years or so we go through a “restructuring”.
After every one I seem to move further down the food chain.
I haven’t gotten a really good raise in salary, ever really.
Looking out in the real world I see that what my job is has the potential to pay a lot more at other companies.
I’m applying for a new job today.
If you could send some good vibes my way I would really appreciate it.
This is really a big deal for me
I always though I would retire from my company but this upheaval every couple of years is really bothering me.
Granted, I am the only person who does what I do company wide, I’m not feeling the love if you know what I mean.
